There is a componant in voltaren that is responsible for a decline in the vulture population in India - as much as 99%.
Ah, diclofenac, that's the one.

I have used it in the past (sparingly), but more for muscle pain. I can't say it had any effect on PN pain. Personally I had more luck with Biofreeze. YMMV.
