My headaches were from arterial tos, more common on left side. Pt will not help with this, so you would need supraclavicular 1st rib resection. I felt like somebody had their arm around my neck and was squeezing it cutting off blood flow. Felt better after surgery. The scar tissue is forming now so not sure if that will cause other issues.
