Newly diagnosed
I was diagnosed on June 24 with an unruptured 7 mm right pericallosal artery aneurysm. Unfortunately, the neurosurgeon is on vacation until July 18 when I receive my first consultation. I'm 52 years old and my dad passed away at the age of 55 with a ruptured congenital cerebral berry aneurysm.
Is there anyone out there that has experienced my aneurysm and can share their story with me? I understand it is very rare. I've had steady mild to strong headaches since June 2 which I manage with T3's and I'm afraid to bend over, cough, and am already on meds for high blood pressure and quit smoking 2 years ago. I have no idea on what procedure will be performed and am getting anxious about that. Adivan seems to help with that.
Thanks to anyone for advice.
