Photos not showing up in Groups here?

Default Photos not showing up in Groups here?
I recently joined a group here and tried to post a few photos from my Album here. None of them showed up though they're in my Album, and I copied and pasted their URLs as instructed.

I notice that other photos in this group and others aren't showing up. Are the groups no longer functioning?

These are images I just put in my Album here today. I'm fairly sure I'd have no problem posting one here in this message window:


But when I try to put that same photo into the Group, I get the broken-image icon, and in fact it looks as if all photos posted in groups by anyone are showing up with that icon.

I wonder if all Groups have been deactivated?

P.S. I tried using the BB code/IMG code too as you suggested but had the same result.

Maybe the size is too large?
I let the album up-loader resize my photos automatically.

Which groups do you mean?
The social groups?

Every time I put a photo in my Album here, I'm told that it will automatically be resized if needed. I was assuming that if the photo showed up without a problem in the Album, it would also be able to show up in a Group.

Yes, I mean one of the social groups--"Knit one, purl two..." is the name of it but it doesn't seem to have had much activity for quite a while. Maybe that is why my photos aren't coming up.

Is there a way to find out if the social groups are no longer active?

You should be able to see the dates of the last posts/activity in each group.
