Default Ketamine IV's...need help

Hello, I'm new to the group. I have Chronic Myofascial Pain, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue. I just moved from Utah to Seattle, WA. Before moving I received 3 ketamine IV's that worked marvelously. I'm desperately searching for someone in Seattle that provides this treatment. Does anyone know how to find someone?
