Thought I would kick off a new month.
Did my normal 3 mile walk today. Rabbit hollow is getting easier with each day. NExt challenge is stone mountain road.

I'm hoping to go to the gym in a few hours, but I slept really horribly all night because my nose seems to have a ton of ragweed jammed inside of it trying to suffocate me. Making me feel really exhausted and almost like I have a cold.
I hate winter, but I cant wait for the first hard freeze. hopefully I'll feel better once I can go use the treadmill a little later today.

Walked my 30 min this morning. Will do my 20 minutes of toning, and then I have to go to the drug store this evening, so a tiny walk to get there and home after dinner.
Thanks for the Sept. thread Dej!

Im off to do my 3 miles, and I am going to go up and over Rabbit Hollow today. Whoo! Its laundry day here, so no errands or anything, so I can wear myself out. My vision has gotten so bad lately, I just cant see stuff anymore. Good thing the hubby is a nice guide doggie for me.

Good hubby! *pet pet* 3 miles is awesome Dej! Sounds like a beautiful area you have to walk in, at least by name! Are your leaves changing colors yet? They have been here for a week now. Very early change this year!
Did my 30 min this morning, will do toning at dinnertime, and then I think I may go out and do a good walk this evening since my program I normally watch Fridays was rescheduled and played earlier this week. We'll see, all depends on my energy after a mentally draining day at work.

Did 25 miles in about 1:45 on wednesday night outside. Even though it was 95-100 degrees, it really wasn't that bad. I just rode easy since I am faster than the coworker I go riding with. I kind of blew him up in the 100+ degree heat a few weeks ago, so I went easy on him this time.
Went to spin class last night and did what I call a trance class. He just plays music with different tempos and has us always try to pedal to the tempo. The idea is to not focus on time or how bad your legs hurt or anything else...just turn the resistance up or down and chase whatever tempo the music has. It can be brutal if you are not bashful about turning up the resistance. Last night I went HARD, and I am still feeling it today. Was a fun class though. |

hey Sally ... me, too ... me, too ... ah - there's always tomorrow! ... NO WAIT!! I DID do my arm exercises this morning!!
AND I cleaned out my supply room and rearranged boxes ... and built up a sweat ... drank too much pink lemonade yesterday - and was up every couple of hours ... finding the bathroom in the dark ...

all I did today was sit around and sneeze my nose off. I feel like crap.
I did do 16 mins yesterday at the gym...so I figured I could sit around today and snort snot and hopefully get rid of these allergies. (probably going to be a sinus infection in a day or two tho) I did play the Wii a little bit tonight when my best friend came over to visit for a bit. Playing the Wii (even while sitting down) counts as exercise, right?
