Hello everyone, my wife is 29 years old, a year and a half ago she started having symptoms of weakness in her leg and arm, we did an emg with a needle, and there are no fasticulae, the weakness is in one leg in the extensor muscle of the foot, the loss is 30%, but she feels muscle twitching all over her body, later she began to see what her body losing weight and all muscles are losing weight, she is especially concerned about the appearance of the tongue, the impression is that it is atrophy, all neurologists do not see any disease, please tell me what could be wrong with the tongue
