Default Right Trunk [abdomen] paresthesia

Hi,

I have a question, from a month and a half I started with numbness, first on both feet, then the numbness went up the legs, but I have numbness in my right lower trunk only, a different sensory feeling to touch in the abdomen and in the back, in comparison to the left side, and I have like a feeling of a 'lump' just under the ribs in the upper front abdomen.

The thing is when I lay down, and most of it, when I lay down on my left side, the lump abdominal feeling disappears.
I have to say that the feet/legs paresthesia gets worse considerably when walking, the paresthesia, when sitting/resting is like tingling, annoying but bearable, but it becomes really more annoying when walking, transforming more into a 'pin a needles' pain. I can walk correctly (even for 8,000 step walkings) on a daily basis, but it is an effort, the feeling is very unpleasant.

It is weird also that when I put my hand on the zone in which I feel the lump on my right abdomen, the feeling disappears.

Do you think this is PN as it is or may involve something else?

[31 years old; Normal column X-ray (slight scoliosis), quite normal lumbosacral mri (just slight protrusion on L5-S1 but no evidence of radiculopathy), blood test quite normal, (640 mg/dL IgA and A/G ratio on 1.31, but normal proteinogram, so the internist said nothing, ana cholesterol on 220 which begin to treat with Chromium picolinate) plus EMG of the lower limbs also Ok, waiting for dorsal/cervical mri's results next week]
