I looked at this product and it's LOW doses of both...so if I took this one, I'd take 3 daily probably. I buy Inositol that is 500mg caps...and buy Inositol/Choline combo which is 250mg each.

Maybe the L Theanine will work for you but it didn't do much for me yrs back....so I have NOT used it in a long time...good wishes....

Hi tnthomas, Have you found any improvement using this product? And do you know or have you found anymore info. on if it is helpful for p/n or can cause further damage. I guess it could be a problem on the amount you take.

As I'm sure you're aware Benfotiamine is a synthetic fat soluble version of B1, Thiamine. We can store it in our liver and use it when needed. Personally I take Benfotiamine every other day and B1 ( water soluble, we can't store it) on the other days simply because Benfotiamine isn't cheap. I can't say whether its helped me because I take it with other supplements, but I believe its essential to take in an anti neuropathy regimen.

Sadly, no. But, I am fortunate that the PN hasn't significantly progressed in the past 10 years.

Neuropathy diagnosed in 2017. I also have spreading numbness in feet and moving up, never as far as hips. Early research has me several years on a number of supplements including Benfotiamine. They either aren't working, or i could be so much worse off than I am now. Who knows.
Never seen a reversal but have good days and less good days.
Totally grateful I don't have pain, yet.
