That is what I call it, "botfoot". They call it the "Ness" I think that's lame, even if it's not really robotic, when you see your own foot and toes move independently, it sure looks like a robot... or a poltergeist.

How about "Thing". Remember the hand from The Adams Family? I know we're talking about a foot here but we can compromise.

Look if your freaking coffee maker can have a name, Joe, the bot foot needs a name too or its feeling may be hurt and it will feel inferior to Joe.

I actually like RW's suggestion...SKIPPY...get it?

Since you can see your toes is it doing a toe jam?

Wait!...Ness?...Nessie?...The Loch Ness Monster?

ohlordylordylordy...doubled over laughing here, cause that is what my dear departed brother used to call me! (had to do with my initials)

Man I HATED that nickname!!

(But I'd give anything to hear it from his lips again!)

LOL! I thought the same thing when I saw that.

AMN is still good as "after my nap" has nothing to do with a bot foot. AMN will still need her naps so she doesn't get cwanky. Heck, I had 2 of them today.
