Default chronic subjective dizziness (CSD)?

While researching dizziness I stumbled across this disorder called Chronic Subjective Dizziness (CSD) or Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD). Looking at the symptoms, it sounds eerily familiar to what I am experiencing. My concussion occurred back in March and in September I felt like I was back to 95% of my old self with occasional pressure in my head as the only remaining symptom. Then something triggered a return of dizziness at the beginning of October and I have been dealing with it ever since. Thoughts on CSD? I am surprised I haven't stumbled across this before.

I would not get too focused on these terms. They seem to be more about dizziness complaints that cannot be explained than a true diagnosis of dizziness. One site even said "Triggers included a pre-existing vestibular disorder, medical illness or psychological stress."

Another term could be idiopathic dizziness. Simply put, dizziness that confuses the doctors as they cannot find a cause or even confirm exists.

Yeah I tend to agree with you. I was just curious whether you have come across this diagnosis before.

My dizziness is really getting old at this point. It has been two months since this setback started, and I can't say I have seen any reduction in my symptoms. I am barely working now and trying to limit stress and overstimulation as much as possible. I've yet to have a day where I don't experience dizziness and brain fog. In fact, it is there more often than it is not. I was really hoping time would allow my symptoms to subside just like it did with my other setbacks, but this time they don't seem to want to go away. The holidays are going to be extremely difficult this year, but I'll make it through somehow.
