Default Didn't see curb - drove over it and car jumped

My family bought a new house recently and I'd never parked there. I did not notice I was parked so close to the curb by the road. So I I accidentally drove right up the curb, onto a small area of grass, and then drove/flew right back down the curb. The car appeared to get a bit of hang-time and jumped. This is a small Toyota sedan.

It was all so fast and for a second I thought I had been rear-ended by a random car, which could not have happened since there were no other cars. It was disorienting and for maybe a second or two I just can't recall what happened because it happened so quickly. It definitely shook me around a bit.

I wear a seatbelt 100% of the time but sometimes have a bad habit of waiting a few seconds until I'm out of a driveway, etc. This was a bad time for that as I did not yet have my seatbelt on as I jumped over the curb. Very dumb on me, I know, and a lesson.

What I am worried about is if when the car jumped whether or not my head bounced off the ceiling or steering wheel of the car. As I did not yet have my seatbelt on like an idiot, there was nothing to hold me in place.

I was probably only going like 5 mph and there's no damage to the front of my car, though the tires and undercarriage could be damaged. I have an upset stomach and a slight headache.

Would you folks assume a head hit/concussion in this type of event?

Tl;dr:

- Car accidentally jumped over a curb I didn't see
- I did not yet have my seatbelt on as I was not yet out of family's property with no cars, which was stupid and I regret it
- Concerned my head may have bounced off top of car ceiling or against steering wheel
- Second or two where I don't recall what happened and I was shaken around a bit before the car landed back on the pavement.

Do you have any symptoms? If so, it's probably inflammation. Take a double dose of DHA omega-3 and Curcumin to calm the inflammation.

Get the fsh oil that is mostly DHA with very little EPA. Also, relax. So don't type so much.

A few hours later and upset stomach plus slight headache. I actually ate fish about an hour before it happened. Man, take this as a lesson to always, always, always have your seatbelt on the moment you step into the car. Do not even drive an inch without it on no matter the environment. I know that is common sense, but sometimes we are too stubborn.

I still don't know for sure if my head made contact with the ceiling, steering wheel, or even the down sun visor. It was so quick that I don't remember the few seconds before flying up/over the curb. I just remember the car suddenly jerking and then bouncing onto the pavement. I can't recall the angle of where I drove onto it or really anything from the point of driving the car and then the car landing/bouncing back on pavement.

Another Concussion Anxiety Syndrome question.

Then, Drew suggests it was a physical trauma.

Anxiety.
