Capsules are okay... but...

The amount of flax oil in each is pretty small.
The liquid allows for higher dosing more easily.
But the liquid is unstable and should be sold and kept in the
refrigerator. It will have a shorter expiration date on it too, compared to capsules.

Flax oil is not creepy. It actually tastes good. I used to make Good Season's Salad dressings with it. My son in the beginning when he needed it so badly would just slurp it up with bread even.(the bits left over at the bottom of the salad bowl! )

For many years Barlean's was the best to buy. But there are others now.

Remember you need Vitamin B6 and magnesium to metabolize the Omega-3 in flax properly. If you are deficient in either it will not work well for you.
