Oh Dorie, I have done this too and I am a diabetic. I forgot yesterday and eat a toastam. My blood sugar was 212. I nearly fell over and it was a while later too. I think my Dr. will chew me out. I hope I can keep some of this weight off till I get an appointment.

Hi Billie thanks for responding.....sometimes I think I am the only one who pigs out. I watch some of the reality shows on TV where they feature people who are so morbidly obese and I do not see why I cannot stop after seeing them. Yes they eat far more than I do but if I keep it up. I remember how difficult it was for me to quit drinking....but I did it and have 7 years of sobriety in....go figure why I can barely get a day in withour eating too much....food is like alcohol....cunning, baffling...POWERFUL!! It was good to hear from you all. I am glad Gaye has joined us. I am sitting here eating a sugar free popcycle. I gotta have something. Better this an ice cream. I have some of that too. (Low Carb.)

I am getting sleepy, pills are going to have me out before long, If I could stay asleep, I'd have it made. I was at the preachers tonight and have been prayed over. I prayer for you gals too. We all have problems.

Billie, I'm so sorry for all your pain, I pray it will subside and give you some relief. I also so enjoy the pics you include in your posts. They make me smile.

Today (Sunday) was my b-day and my Dad cooked me dinner, pasta with meatsauce. One of my sisters made me a chocochip brownie instead of a cake. Needless to say, I ate too much. I was so happy to be with my family again and they all made me feel special.

I had to give in and take 1/2 a pain pill in the afternoon. I hate when that happens. I wish everyone a week of peace and as little pain as you can handle.

Thanks for your concern. A Happy Belated Birthday To You. I'm up again but not in pain at the present time.
